
Cancellation Policy
2026 Porsche 356 East Coast Holiday Registration Cancellation / Refund Policy:
Registration opens April 1, 2026 12pm EST. All registration fees are collected and deposited at the time of registration. Holiday registrations are not transferable.
Administration Fee:
A $50 administrative fee applies to all cancellations. This fee helps offset non-recoverable administrative and planning costs incurred by the club, including registration processing and non-refundable fees charged by the registration platform.
Refund Policy On Or Before:
Thursday, 7/18/26 (11:59 pm ET) – A refund of the registration
fee will be issued, less the $50 administration fee.
Refund Policy BETWEEN:
Friday, 7/19/26 (12:00 am ET) and Saturday 8/17/26 (11:59 pm ET)
50% of the registration fee will be refunded plus the $50 administration fee.
Refund Policy AFTER:
Tuesday 8/18/26 (12:00 am ET) – No Refunds will be issued. By this date, the club has committed to hotel room-night guarantees and other contractual obligations. Late cancellations expose the club to financial penalties if those guarantees are not met.

Travel Insurance:
Although not required, we highly recommend purchasing travel insurance for all Holiday events as you would for any travel to cover nonrefundable expenses.
